Non-Conforming Loans:

If you have a bad credit history or a blip on your credit report, we may still have loans available to suit your circumstances. Loans for the creditly challenged need to be assessed on a case by case basis as our ability to lend to you will be dependant on the circumstances for having the credit issue and your current financial status. These non-conforming loans do have a higher interest rate and are more rigid then other loans due to credit history and credit risk.
